What is porcelain stoneware?

Porcelain stoneware is the most widely used ceramic material in modern construction or renovation because it offers a good compromise between technical characteristics and a very competitive price compared to other materials.  Find out more

How do I calculate the correct amount of porcelain stoneware floor and/or wall tiles to order?

First of all, it is necessary to know the size of the surface to be paved or covered, to which the percentage of wastage must be added, around 10% for floors and 15% for coverings, i.e. the waste resulting from cutting or drilling required during the laying phase or for any future repairs. All products on the Onetile website are exclusively first class.
The term first class refers to imperfection-free ceramic products covered by the manufacturer's guarantee in the event that the supplied product is affected by apparent or hidden defects.

Can I lay stoneware tiles without joints?

Absolutely not, the joint is a key element because it allows floors to expand and settle naturally due to the movements of the structure, humidity and temperature changes.
The minimum recommended joint is 1.5/2 mm for rectified tiles and at least 3-4 mm for traditional tiles with bevelled edges.

What are the delivery costs and times?

When you make a request for a quotation, the costs and delivery times will be communicated to you when you place your order.

Will the courier notify me by telephone before delivery?

The porcelain stoneware tiles ordered are entrusted to specialised couriers and the price includes a telephone notification service to agree on the day and time of delivery. Find out more

What should I do if the delivered goods are broken or defective?

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must always request and sign the delivery note stating ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. 
Any defects or quality faults in the material must be reported in writing no later than 7 days after delivery or collection, after which time no further complaints will be accepted.

Can I collect the goods directly from your warehouse?
