Von der ersten Anfrage über das Angebot bis hin zur Bestellung lief alles einwandfrei.

Leider kamen einige Fliesen beschädigt an. Die Verpackung war nicht ideal – kleinere Fliesen wurden auf große 1m x 1m Fliesen gestapelt (siehe Foto), wodurch die großen Fliesen beschädigt wurden. Hier wäre eine sicherere Verpackung wünschenswert.

Ich habe eine Erstattung erhalten, musste aber kurzfristig selbst Ersatzfliesen organisieren, was zusätzlichen Aufwand und Kosten bedeutete.

💡 Tipp: Beim Auspacken am besten ein Video machen, um mögliche Transportschäden direkt zu dokumentieren. Sonst stellt sich die Versicherung quer.

Wir sind begeistert und würden hier jederzeit wieder Fliesen kaufen! Alles wurde über Whats App abgewickelt – in Deutsch. Die Fliesen sehen super aus und sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Wir hatten nur eine zerkratzte dabei. Der Fliesenleger ist auch glücklich, da sich die Fliesen trotz glänzender Oberfläche sehr gut schneiden lassen. Auch hier noch einmal einen großen Dank an Jacopo, der das Wunder vollbracht hat! Er hat es geschafft, die Fliesen eine Woche früher zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Lager mussten wir zwar etwas suchen, aber das lag eher daran, dass das Navi die Hausnummer an einer anderen Stelle anzeigt. Auch die Abholung hat, obwohl wir kein italienisch sprechen, problemlos funktioniert, da alles bestens vorbereitet war.

I can recommend Onetile for purchasing tiles, esp. Italy-made ones. Prices for exact same tiles are fundamentally different than in Finland for example.

Our delivery got delyed by 1,5 months due to hassle at tile manufacturer's end. That was not Onetile's fault, but I would have hoped for quicker replies and more proactive approach in terms of informing about the status and expected / guestimated new delivery dates.

This was my first time using OneTile and it was a great service from choosing our tiles, to getting quotes and right up to delivery. Our tiles were delivered on a large pallet and packed perfectly so that there was no damage on arrival. Really excellent service from Damon and Kelly. Will definitely use them again.
